Understanding that your body is truly made of energy or light is essential for understanding how toxins can harm your energy fields. Your body has many different energy fields. Meditation involves quieting our mind. It is not an intellectually activity. Think of it as a tool to relax your whole self, and also to achieve better health. The core of meditation is to focus and eventually quiet your mind. As you get better at it, you will find that you can meditate anywhere, and at anytime. However for beginners, doing it is not as easy as saying it. So how exactly do you meditate?
1. Make time
When you are starting to learn how to meditate, you need to set aside enough time in your daily routine for meditation. It can be any time of the day. You can set time for meditation at the start of the day or you can put it at the end of the day as a means of relaxing. However, the easiest time to meditate is in the morning because your body is not tired and your mind is still fresh.
2. Find a quiet space
Once you find the time to meditate, you need to choose a suitable space to meditate. Create an environment that doesn’t have any noise or distractions. Turn off the T.V., computer and your cellphone. You can put some music on but make sure it is calming, repetitive and gentle so you are not distracted.
Sit on a level ground. Remember to keep your back straight. This will help with your breathing. Remember to relax your arms and legs. They don’t need to be in a special position. The most important part is that you are relaxed. Now start searching for part of your bodies that are not relaxed. It could be face muscles or certain parts of your body. Try relaxing all of them.
4. Concentrate on something
It may be challenging to control our thoughts at first. So to silence your mind, try to focus on something. It may be a simple mantra or it may be focusing on a flower or a candle or any image that is special to you.
5. Silence your thoughts
Once you are focused, you can clear up your thoughts. This requires discipline and it is alright if you are not able to master it immediately.

The human body has a unique energy field that helps protect the body and store information. This energy field is also known as the aura. It is an energy field containing different layers of energies that give form to our body. The ability to sense energy fields may vary from one person to another. Like learning how to draw, some people will learn it easier while others may struggle at it. Energy healers are usually very good at sensing other people’s aura and can even detect imbalances by feeling the pulses. How to Detect Your Body’s Energy
After doing this exercise a few times, we were was able to sense the energy by repeating step 4 only. We found out that it was easier to sense energy by moving our hands slightly toward and away from each other. The feeling that we experienced reminded us of how magnets push and pull one another.
